Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Given the nature of the product, we only accept RETURNS FOR REFUND on UNOPENED product within 30 days.

We issue a refund for the cost of the PRODUCT and not the shipping. You will have to pay for all actual shipping fees to and from your location. Even if you received "Free Shipping" with your order, the cost of shipping was not actually free. Your refund amount will be your order total minus the actual shipping costs.
