How are your shipping costs calculated?

We use a variety of different shipping carriers all across Canada and the US.

We strive to pick the lowest economical carrier so that our costs can remain competitive and you can enjoy our premium coffee as quickly as possible.

As you can appreciate, these are unique times with regards to post carrier strikes and ongoing delivery service challenges.

We we will continue to revise our pricing based on the latest development and employ the principal of "the most you buy, the more you save" with regards to shipping.

When we first started, we offered free-shipping when orders were over $70. We're proud to announce that we are now able to lower this threshold to $60 and have updated all our pricing to accommodate this new threshold.

The shipping on our Owl Merch is and continues to be FREE SHIPPING.

Do you offer subscription services?

YES!

We can set you up with a regular delivery of coffee and an on-occurring order. Please contact us via the Contact Us form and we will help you get setup.

Where do you roast your beans?

We partner with Colonial Coffee Co. Ltd. which is a locally owned and operated coffee roasting facility in the central business district of Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

For more than 40 years, Colonial Coffee has served the food service and vending industries with freshly roasted whole beans and ground coffees

What is the Return or Refund Policy?

We have a "make it right" policy. If you received the wrong product or there was a mistake in your order, we will make it right. Please contact us.

If your order was processed properly but you are unsatisfied with your product, returns are accepted on all unopened products only and within 30 days of original sale. This is required for health and safety reasons.

We will refund the cost of the product only (not incl the costs of shipping).

If you were eligible for "Free Shipping", please note that the shipping was not actually free. We simply paid-it for you. So if you are returning your product under this condition, we will refund you the (price of product paid) minus the (cost of shipping).

Do you sell to businesses or do B2B?

YES! Absolutely.
