What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Given the nature of the product, we only accept RETURNS FOR REFUND on UNOPENED product within 30 days.
We issue a refund for the cost of the PRODUCT and not the shipping. You will have to pay for all actual shipping fees to and from your location. Even if you received "Free Shipping" with your order, the cost of shipping was not actually free. Your refund amount will be your order total minus the actual shipping costs.
Are any purchases final sale?
Occasionally, our promotions will be marked as final sale. If this was the case for your order, we will not be able to process a return for it. When promotions are final-sale, it will be noted and visible on your order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you source your coffee?
We import our beans into Canada from several different countries. We roast them locally in Canada. We are a Canadian-owned and operated business.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is getting more and more complicated these days with postal services going on strike and constant variable pricing. We constantly review and analyze the shipping-costs of our products and try to simplify the model for you. We charge a $10 flat-rate for shipping on orders under $30, a $5 flat-rate for shipping on orders under $60, and offer free shipping on orders over $70.
What happens if my order was flagged as undeliverable?
If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, incorrect email address, or your failure to pick-up if the package can not be delivered to your location, your order will be refunded (less the cost of shipping both ways) after we receive the shipment back at our location.
Refunds can only be issued via the original payment method.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Please contact us to inquire and we'll work with you to design what you would like.
Do you offer subscriptions or reoccurring orders?
Yes. We can accommodate this for sure. We're currently processing reoccurring orders manually. Please contact us if you're interested in setting this up and we'll work with you directly to do so.
Where do you ship to?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We are currently shipping anywhere within Canada. If you are placing an order and wanting it to be shipped outside of Canada, please contact us to arrange a manual order.
